Nick Seidl
Executive Director
As the Executive Director, Nick’s focus is to ensure all residents feel that Volante of Largo is their home. He lives by the mantra “We are guests in their home”. Nick was previously in the restaurant business until he found his true passion in senior living. Nick has been in the senior living industry for 13 years and loves every minute of it. He prioritizes listening to all resident concerns, ideas, and suggestions. He enjoys creating solutions to any concerns that may arise. Nick was born in Munich, Germany and moved to Florida when he was 18 years old. He’s been married for 12 years and has three children. Nick loves spending time with his family outdoors–especially at the beach!
Abigail Sanford
Sales Director
Abby’s impact on our community speaks volumes about her skill and dedication as our Sales Director. Her positive influence is felt by all who interact with her. Outside of work, Abby commits to being active by running, and her enjoyment of boating addresses her penchant for adventure and relaxation. Abby undoubtedly values family time and cherishes time spent with her two children. Her ability to balance professional and personal responsibilities showcases her dedication to career and loved ones.

Wellness Director
Delann embodies the essence of a well-rounded individual, blending her professional expertise in healthcare, with a vibrant personal life filled with adventure and family. As Director of Wellness, Delann undoubtedly infuses her passion for health and vitality into her work by creating a nurturing environment for those under her care. Marsida Gjoka
Dining Services Director
Marsida’s journey from Albania to her current role as Director of Dining Services, has been filled with dedication and hard work. For the past 17 years, she has been providing exceptional dining experiences for residents; even going the “extra mile” to offer cooking demonstrations for our community! Outside of her professional life, Marsida’s focus on family underscores the importance she places on personal connections and relationships. Her role as Director of Dining Services has undoubtedly been pivotal in shaping the community’s atmosphere.
Dalton Hull
Business Office Manager
A native of Vero Beach, Dalton is happy to be back home in Florida after spending the last three years living and working as a realtor in eastern North Carolina. Dalton’s first experience in senior living began at age 13, when he spent summers volunteering in the activities department at a local assisted living community. Little did he know then those summers serving seniors would become his passion and bring him back to senior living as his chosen career. Dalton has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Mississippi and is a Florida CORE certified Assisted Living Administrator. Dalton enjoys spending his free time with family and friends, golfing, traveling, being on the water, and watching as many Ole Miss sporting events as he can.
