Executive Director
Janie has 27 years of experience in senior housing at all levels of care. She has spent the last five years with Volante of Eugene and has experienced so much fun and joy while working with team members, residents, and their families. “We are family!” says Janie.
Kayla Mosner
Life Enrichment Manager
Kayla was born and raised in Spokane WA, and only recently became an Oregon resident in 2023. Before moving to Oregon, she never thought she’d enter the realm of senior living but has found a passion for Life Engagement. Some of Kayla’s favorite things to do in Oregon are going hiking and visiting wineries. No matter what direction you go, there’s an abundance of both, according to Kayla.

Business Office Manager
Krista is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in management within the realm of Independent Senior and HUD housing. She is very excited to bring a wealth of expertise in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of administrative functions to Volante of Eugene. Krista is committed to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance her skills and contribute to the success of Volante of Eugene.
Alexander Christensen
Maintenance Director
Alexander has worked in the maintenance industry and at Volante of Eugene for more than five years. He is currently the Maintenance Director. Alexander loves working with seniors and looks forward to many more years at Volante of Eugene.
Matthew Brooks
Dining Services Director
Matt was born and raised in Eugene and has raised his 3 children here as well. He has been working in the culinary industry for 27 years, with the last 15 years being in senior living. During this time, working with seniors has become Matt’s passion. He spends his free time in the outdoors, camping, hiking, and sitting on the beach. Matt loves working at Volante of Eugene and plans on staying with the team for many years.
